Ocean Jasper towers

Ocean Jasper (also called Sea Jasper or Orbicular Jasper) is a rare, highly prized variety of chalcedony quartz. Famous for its vibrant, swirling colors and circular "orb" patterns, it is mined from only one location globally: the remote Marovato mine on the northeastern coast of Madagascar. 

• Composition: Primarily microcrystalline quartz (silica) with radiating spherical growths called spherulites.
• Colors: Found in an astonishing array of colors including green, white, pink, yellow, blue, red, and brown.
• Hardness: Measures 6.5 to 7 on the Mohs scale, making it durable for jewelry and carving.
• Inclusions: Often features botryoidal formations and small pockets of druzy quartz crystals.
